Quebec Highly Skilled Migrant Status for July 2013 Filing from India

Hi,

I am sorry if this is already asked and answered.

I have applied for Quebec Highly Skilled Migrant Program in July 2013. I have received the file or individual reference number on 21st November 2013 thru post but did not hear anything after that. Wondering anyone here on this forum applied from India for Quebec in July 2013 and received interview call?

I have applied for QSW 2013 on march 15 2014 and recived file information on 22 june 2014...Till date i have not recieved any information...pls keep me update dabout your case as well!!

Current processing time for preliminary review stage is 40 months for India.

Wow. 3 and half years to just review.

Does the same timeline apply for Federal? Can I change my application to federal now for skilled worker?
