HI, Any one with Below Time line. its for my mother in Quebec. We applied under H and C

AOR: Sept 2023
AIP: August 2025
Other documents requested and Sent: Sept 2025
Medical Request Jan 2026 and Submitted

Waiting for CSQ request to MIFI . If any one knows when can i expect CSQ invitation?

And it moves VERY slowly if you put in a different month

Least the Government is being transparent. People are now aware it’ll be close to a decade

Transparent to a point. The big unknown is what will actually happen to H&C after bill c-12 because the program is no longer functional. Anyone without PR is at risk in my opinion.

H&C I think was meant for rare situations, not the way it’s being used today

Just one important update, when I checked ircc they mentioned it's sent to mifi on 21 Jan. When I checked, I found that worst is over if application is referred to mifi as delay is with ircc sending to mifi.

There is still a long delay because there is a large backlog of H&C applicants waiting to land. There isn’t an unlimited quota for H&Cs getting PR. Also we gave no idea what is going to happen to the H&C program.
