Quebec Forms

Hey everyone, I was hoping someone might have some information on one of forms for Quebec.
I`m filling out the `demande de certificat de selection` and I`m at the point where it is asking about family information about the person being sponsored. It is asking about the spouses information and if they are accompanying him to Quebec. Does this section get filled out if the person Sponsoring and currently living in Quebec is the spouse? Or is this part left blank and only if filled if the sponsorship is of someone like a parent and their spouse is or is not accompanying them to QC?

My second question is that from what I understand there are no financial requirements to sponsoring your spouse (pls correct me if im wrong), so do I still need to fill out the financial capacity form?

Anyone have any ideas about the forms? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It should be filled out if the spouse will be joining his/her partner in Quebec once sponsored.

no financial requirements needed to sponsor spouse. No need to show financial capacity form if living in Quebec.

ok so since its spousal sponsorship and im already here then i can leave that space blank?
