Quebec forms - can I write in English?

Hi,
I know for CSQ I need to fill in the French version of documents
But can I type in English words like Wife, Mother, Father etc?

Hi,

I would not chance it. I wrote everything in French and used caps ( MERE, PERE, EPOUSE, EPOUX) so i didn't have to concern myself with accents. Why give them a reason to prolong the process!

agreed, don't give them a reason to delay it ... with some of the "horror" stories that are coming from Quebec governmnet about their employees having to speak to the public in english, don't give them a chance to think twice about anything!
