Regarding RAMQ

Hello Everyone, I am Canada PR. I put inland sponsorship file for my wife of Under Family class. I have received CSQ for her and currently she has on OWP. She is doing fulltime French class in Quebec. Can I get RAMQ based on her full-time government french course along with OWP ?

Note : She is not working right now. I am waiting for AIP from IRCC.
