Hello everyone,

I had a good look in the Quebec arrima portal, but I did not find any place or question about financial ability or statement which is accountable for 1 point, are they going to give this point or ? if yes how they are going to give it?

If yes how they are going to assess it? because Quebec is not asking anything about it?

Thanks a lot in advance.

It just a agreement, no need to maintain any funds prior to the submission.

Thank you so much for your reply.
So it seems like even though they are not asking anything about the agreement but they will ask later.
I have one more question. I am confused about my point calculation.

I have done my bachelor in engineering and then I have done MBA after that, so will I get 9 points from training and 12 points for my highest qualification which is an MBA?

Thank you so much in advance.

Aot points is right, but education points they calculate 17 yrs of studies as bachelors, as per quebec 17 yrs above is consider as masters

Thank you very much for your reply,
I understand the point about AOT but did not understand the Master's part.
Because the official point distribution table says the following thing:

University, undergraduate, 3 years or + =10 points
University, Master's 1 year or + =12 points

so according to this can I get 12 points for my MBA? duration of my bachelor was 4 years and MBA around 18 months.

See if u r from India it consider 10+2( higher secondary),+3( degree), +2( masters).total 17 years. But for Quebec more than 17 yrs of full time studies considered as masters-https://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/immigrate-settle/students/finding-out/school-system.html

Same here, any idea on when the news will come after the status change? I heard it might take 12 to 18 months. is this true?
Quebec procedures through Arrima supposed to last around 12 months (although nobody has experienced that yet). After that, there another 18 months to apply at federal level
