Quebec experience for Canada Experience Class

Hi,

Does anyone know whether Quebec experience will be valid for applying under Canadian experience class? I know i can not apply under Canadian Job offer if i have a Quebec Job offer, i must apply through Quebec if the Validated job offer is in Quebec. So Does the same rule apply with the Canadian Experience Class?

If you have a quebec experience. It is fine to apply to CEC as long as you don't live in quebec at the moment of the application.

This is the way I took. After working in Quebec for the amount needed for CEC. I moved to Ontario and applied. You can technically still be in Quebec, however you have to prove that you were trying to live outside of quebec (apply for jobs, etc). I didn't want to take the risk of being asked to prove it in front of a judge so I left.

I am an April applicant. I worked in Toronto for 24 months, applied under CEC and then moved to Montreal on an assignment. I received my AOR in Mid-July and no news after that. I hold a work permit that allows me to work anywhere in Canada. Will my current stay/work in Quebec affect my application in any way? Just curious to know. Please advise.
