Quebec CSQ Permanent Worker Application through Montreal instead of Paris

Hi all,

I'm from Switzerland and applied for the Quebec Permanent Worker visa in November 2012 with a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the US. As applications for the CSQ submitted by applicants residing in Western Europe are being sent to the Montreal instead of the Paris office, has this changed the processing times? I believe the office change hasn't been put in place too long ago, so the statistics available online might not be accurate.Can anybody share their experience as how the office change has affected their CSQ application?

Also, does anybody know how long it usually takes to get the AOR (acknowledgement of receipt)?

I had similar experience ,I applied to Hongkong office on October 2012, now it has been transferred to Montreal.i think it will speed up the process...now new dd has been requested as the previous one got expired since its valid for 6 months....let's hope for d best....good luck to you buddy....
