Would you please tell me which kind of CSQ I should apply for, the regular CSQ for Skilled Worker or the Program of Experience in Quebec?
I'm confused because:
In the Program of Experience in Quebec, I get a trouble: I'm studying the Bachelor of Administration in University of Quebec in Chicoutimi. Actually I have studied Economics&Management in France, and this year I'm continuing my last year of Bachelor in Quebec as an exchange student. I'm going to graduate in May 2012. Thus, I have a French bachelor's degree which is NOT delivered by the univ in Quebec, although I have 1 year of study here.
I hardly apply for the regular CSQ for Skilled Worker because I don't have the certificates required (DELF/TCF...) for official languages. I 've studied in a bilingual program, then in a french university before coming to Quebec, so I didn't pass those french test. Moreover I passed TOEFL, not the IELTS required.
