I'm from Switzerland and applied for the Quebec Permanent Worker visa in November 2012 with a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the US. As applications for the CSQ submitted by applicants residing in Western Europe are being sent to the Montreal instead of the Paris office, has this changed the processing times? I believe the office change hasn't been put in place too long ago, so the statistics available online might not be accurate. Can anybody share their experience as how the office change has affected their CSQ application?
Also, does anybody know how long it usually takes to get the AOR (acknowledgement of receipt)?
Even though the applications are sent to Montreal, is the Paris office still handling the actual application, including the interview?
