No actually it's wrong jad, I submitted with my application too but they ask for a new one I called to check they said they need a new one Bc it's valid for 3months that's what they said
Just a small question, when did you exactly file your PR application? maybe it's relatively quite old that they asked for a new police certificate? Also, did you submit in Canada or abroad?

I only sent a recent police clearance from Germany, not from Canada. Usually, they do the Canadian background check by themselves. Not one single co-worker who went through this process was asked to get a clearance from the RCMP or get their fingerprints taken. I don't understand why they would ask some people to do it and others not...

I applied from the USA, my application was received on 31th March 2014
I see, it's very weird that they're asking you for a new police clearance given that it hasn't been a year yet that you received them... I don't know, but I guess it's right that it really depends on the immigration officer that is processing your file.

Hi Jad_montreal you will get file transfer email soon..We had applied at same but only difference I see is that I had got csq in april and that made my lock-in-date (on cic gcms notes) as april..maybe that is reason that it is little faster although we applied at same time...

Hi amit, it might be the case. My CSQ was issued in June so that could be a possible reason. We'll see... I'll keep you updated guys. I hope I get an email from them soon. If not, I will call them a week from now. By then, it would've been exactly 8 months since they received my PR file.

Hey guys, WHat is best way to confirm if CIC has received my RCMP report..I had done it in agency and they sent directly to CIC

It should be in your ecas. However, they only update it once in a while, meaning it could take a while until it shows up.

pcc sent along with fsw application beneficial or not

How they (NDVO) verified your job location and work experience, did anyone from your company informed you about it. (Directly or indirectly)

if yes what information they asked about you for verification?

Also did they come for physical verification?

Perhaps you can give them a call? It will take them at least a couple of weeks to reply to an email, so a call would be better

Hi Guys,
do we have any Google timeline sheet where we can share all of our timelines?

Hey Guys

Do you anyone who applied after February 2014 and he/she has received his/her PR?
I applied on February 2014 but i am still waiting for passport request email.

You can always check the tracker to see if anyone has a similar timeline. If you have not entered your information, please do, it helps everybody. The tracker has a tab which shows people with similar timelines to yours.
