Once If i complete my masters from concordia university , can i apply PR directly??

Hello Kiran,

According to Immigration QC, if you have graduated from a QC institution you can apply for the Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) under the Programme de l'expérience québécoise (PEQ) as long as you meet these requirements;
