kindly help me.

I had applied Quebec immigration file in july 2013 as single and then in November,i got married and i told my agent to hold my file and he had done so.

Now i want to continue my file and want to include my husband.

But my agent is not giving me my file no.


Can i get my file no. from Canadian embassy. or from other source except my agent.

Please reply.

I don't really understand what you wrote,
What do you mean by "hold your file"?

As i had stopped enquiring of my file in november 2013 and then at last of november ,my agent told me that file no. had arrived with him.
But i told him that now i am not intertested in that file

So he himself had taken actions.

Now (dec 2014) when i enquired about file ,that what agent had done( mean whether he had withdrwan file or not) .
He told us that he had not withdrwan but had requested to put my file on HOLD.He told they have membership as agent so they can put this request so that applicant in future can continue from there as file no. had came.

its either you have a file number or not...
do you have a file number ???
tell the agent to give u the file number and you call quebec yourself and know where you stand in the application

Yes .....its too complicated..

Agent had file number but he is not giving.without 1 lac fee. which is unnecessary and even we are not sure whether after paying that file number will work at the moment.

Is there any way i can ask my file number from Quebec ministry by giving my details.

I have not heard of putting a file on hold,
But you can call midi, tell them you don't know your file number,
If you meet a nice person, he/she might help you and
They will ask you some questions like,
Name, dob, place of birth, address etc.

What are my chances, I had applied a year before, but WES delayed the whole process, i have sent my docs to my representative in canada but learnt it'll take 2 days to get to CIC from her end, my fear is what happens if.......... and what are the chances with the new express system considering i have over 10 years work life and i have my masters, do i stand a good chance with the new express system. pls can anybody help me here?

As I am trying to apply for the quebec application, I am confuse about couple things such as the ielts and the french exam one. French is my first language and have a high school diploma from france. And I came in the states to get my bachelor on health administration. So do I need to take those 2 exams since I am good at both of it ??
And can I apply with a bachelor of health administration or do i need a master to be accepted ??

Hi

Quebec is not accepting applications at this time,
You will have to wait till they ll start the new one then we can know what they need .
Or you can try the new fsw that just started today.
But one thing for sure is that you are going to need to take the 2 exams...
