congratulations to all who got their visas and good luck for all who are still waiting

I need your help on one thing, I'm an FSWP 2014 applicant and did my medicals past week.Visa office is Bucharest.
Where did you get your passports stamped ? in Beirut or you sent it to Bucharest? please advise ; as I'm resident in Kuwait and I want to plan on how to get my visas stamped when I get PPR.
