Just letting you guys know that I have received PPR just moments ago. I am really glad that it came after such a long wait. To me, this proves nothing. We all know it's much easier to immigrate from the US than it is from the middle east. You can't compare the two.

if you mean you can't find lebanon for paypal, you should contact them for more information to process the payment via WU

i used caips.ca and 2 friends did that, it always took 30 days to get the notes, it costs 40$ for first time if no sponsor in canada

They cancelled the federal applications not QSW, because there was a huge backlog. The Canadian immigration system wasn't the best (still isn't) and many people had waiting more than years for a decision. So they decided to cancel them and return applicant's money.

i just want to share with you my experience for the first stage of the "evaluation comparative des etudes ".

i sent them all document first time in June 2013,they return it back to me mid of July due to some missing documents.
i sent it again in Aug and they return it to me end of september also due to some documents.
i sent it for the third time and it seems being the last time ,today my credit card has been debited for 112CAD.

just i have to mention that for the the first and second time i send the application with my friend, i was luckyfor not paying 100$ each time to send it by DHL.

hope that i will receive the requested documents soon,

every time ther return me back the documents they attached a letter to expalin what's missing and they ask me to attach it again to avoid any additional processing time.

Good luck this time telte sebte,
Does it really cost 100$ to send them via DHL? It costed me 20$ via aramex and recently became 30$..
They should get the process faster, because one simply can graduate from a university in there and get canadian diploma while they still comparing the foreign diplomas

Thank you Cherif2100, yes it cost me arround 360 QAR.
Shall it halp me in my CSQ in case i got the equivalence before interview?

Actually he is my brother's friend... W his grandfather just passed away so mest7iyye Otlob now ...Khalas I will do it myself
