i used caips.ca and 2 friends did that, it always took 30 days to get the notes, it costs 40$ for first time if no sponsor in canada

Fine if it's the best I will order but again I have a problem in the paying process coz they don't have western union way like the CAIPS.ca ...I can send a bank draft but Lebanon is not within the countries when filling the procedure of the paying process

I mean when u send money via western union they used to put to Canada
but now they change the system they put now in quebec or Ottawa where they can get the money I mean now they put the province name for the money receiving

To honest, the new caips notes are easy to read, mainly because they will be somewhat empty lol. You will receive 23 pages that repeat the same information. You can easily find the abbreviations online, so no need to for interpretation. If your looking just to see which VO your file is at, then order the basic package only.
