hi guys
I believe that 2013 will be the year of landing especially for those who have been longer than 36 months waiting " Lmastory, Jet, yma981, moon.82, Canadian_Citizen" .. so, keep on going, having patience and faith .. hope we will hear lot's of good news for all of us very soon . :-*

i like your optimism and your confidence . 8)

Alla yesma3 mennak . i haven't passed the 36 months yet, still 8 months to go.

all i know that i didn't get anything, no medical no sh!t and personally i don't know anyone who got them

over 38 months here :)

hey guys
there are nowadays enough and skilled staff at the embassy.
each officer has some of the applications. they are working now on our files and there are a queue for the review and the assessment. it's just a matter of time, I am sure that all of you will hear good news about your files soon . :D :D

we should take into consideration the disaster " closing the immigration center of the middle east , Damascus" and transfer files to local offices ... where they were not prepared well for immigration files " there were not enough staff and skilled officers " .
so, keep on hope and faith, nothing will last, and things seem to be gonna change dramatically into the best for all of us .. finger crossed

but where they allocated all the staff of damascus embassy at least they should relocate tem to these offices (amman-beirut-abu dhabi) to avercome the delays and to cover the unexperience staff

unfortunately, as known they have not relocated the experienced staff of embassy of canada in Damascus to these offices ( beirut, amman, abou dhabi, ankarra) .. therefore, there were a solid delay in 2012 for all the skilled worker applications. In fact, it was our bad luck what happened in Syria

but in 2013, they have trained officers and have skilled staff for Sw files. hope all of us will hear good news very soon. finger crossed :)

it's really hell, they should accelerate the processing for the applicants who are living in danger places ... Lebanon after the resignation of the prime minister become so fragile, its security might be affected and then the situation would be unstable. :-\ :-X
I am afraid that our applications would be transferred to another country once again . :'(

The same went for me regarding the process. I have received the AOR on January 2010 and till date heard nothing from the visa office in Beirut. I send them emails to get info regarding my application and they only reply with rubbish. Do you think they will rush the process before the csq expires?

Dear Csaade
welcome here in this Forum
I believe that the visa office in beirut will reply clearly to your message if you sent it after 36 months processing of you application after the federal number.
if Csq expired, it's not a problem . they will give you documents needed when you gonna land in Canada.
to be honest, it seems like the time processing of the applications for Sw is over 36 months. as many applicants has exceeded the normal processing time for sw in leb and still till present have not heard any thing valuable yet
