Quebec applicants 2010(Damascus) waiting for medicals

What i'm sure from it! that we are not related to the NOC of federal part, simply because we are selected for the NOC of Quebec and if not simply they will not gave us teh CSQ! so Forgot about it, we applied in 2010 so we under the immigration conditions existed in 2010!
the federal part dosent care about our profession because we are A QSW and just Quebec have the right to shoose the immigrants going there!!

But because the average of the processing time for lebanon is 36 months, so, the quebec selection certificate will be expired. And when they gonna renew the QSC from Quebec, then, they might look into the code of the occupation selected on your QSC if it is still listed on the demanded occupation for quebec or not

...specially variations in laws ,requests and new rules do apply on newly applying cases. conditions and rules of immigrations that have been presented in 2010 do govern our cases what so ever new regulations come up.

someone told me that his friend got his file cancelled after he done medical, quebec applicant, they told him your profession not anymore required. i dont believe but could be logic.

first of all we did not see the letter to him we are arguing about something that we heard about it . so we can not consider it as solid evidence may be he was rejected for other reason and he would not like to tell. personaly i think it is not logic and it is not possible because as moon mentioned that noc quebec is different and it is special for quebec and even if it is expired (the csq) it is not my mistake that it has been 3 years and i am not yet there or my occupation is not listed anymore just because my office is in the middle east and other offices has no problem . In the end iy is there problem to increase the number of employees in these offices to solve their problems

dear dignity,i believe isn't a real strong story that about they told him "your profession isn't anymore required",specially if you do study the profile of "professions" being in need you can notice they are just increasing from time to time some professions and not in the reverse action and if you look well u can even be surprised with the fact that almost all recognized professions are needed.
look this immigration issue has 2 side one economic where quebec and canada keep withstanding their economic wheel with talented persons where these "talented" persons are able directly to boost the community with skilled services yet "with the lowest percentage of salaries in comparison with the canadian local standard " ,other side is social where they try to overcome the decrease in percentage of newborn canadians & quebecoises where they mostly select for immigration "singles" or " newly formed families with little children " ,where such segment of people can easily molded and administered to the community and easily pushed to merge in.
.....so isn't just about a fact of "profession" and if u do remember well the select the persons according to a grading system and points,u can always don't have a real needed profession but yet to collect the needed points for acceptance your file.

as far as i am concerned i don't think they told him that, not that i don't want to believe the story or accept it but i am realistic, they might tell him that if he has applied to the federal part since the beginning and not to Quebec. when i see the letter of rejection i will believe otherwise it is bullsh!t.

Guysss what u think i can do??? someone help me pls))) i sent all my original diplomas to Montreal for Equivalation des Diplomes....and the idiots lost them all. I sent all by DHL, they took the money, they did my evaluation and after asked me for my address where to send them. I gave them the address and asked them to write also the phone number on the envelope and i insteed to be send by DHL, Aramex and i pay when i receive them, and hey say nooo it is not possible. I asked them if my sister in law who lives in montreal can pass and take the documents, they say nooooo and the only possibility is to be sent by normal post. are 6 month since i a waiting ad nothing.....i received nothing , they don't know where my papers are, they sent it and there is no possibility to know where they are. What can i do ??? is my bac diploma, university, for my husband too.... ???

I am planning to apply for CSQ, while filling the application form, I countered below question of Main csq form;

8. Are you the holder of one or several of the following diplomas (check the appropriate boxes: see instructions)
Diploma or training recognized as equivalent by a Québec regulatory body (with the exception of a diploma in medicine)

I have done MBA and BBA from Pakistan, what should i check/tick? yes or no? is my diploma automatically equivalant by Quebec regulatory body?

check first with local post, if they sent them wrong they will be returned to the sender in any case. on another hand you can ask for other original diplomas from your university, it is tedious and awfull but thats the only way.

IT WAS THERE ALSO MY BACC DIPLOMA, AND THEY ARE FROM A DIFFERENT COUNTRY, IT WILL BE SO DIFFICULT TO GE BOTH OF THEM. I SENT THEM SAFELY, I WANT THEM BACK ! I CAN'T BELIVE...

too bad, you should have sent certified copies not original. Even if certified will cost time and money but better than to send and lose originals.

Usually from normal post from Montreal it takes not more than two weeks. I Get mail regularly , it takes one to two weeks.

You must contact them, as you told them you will pay for dhl or mail madmoun , they are responsible.
