Never mind, looked it up. I applied Outland so AIP isn’t a thing for me, and yes, got SA way back in November.

So this confirms they can process the application without CSQ since you got SA without it. What do you have instead of AIP for the PA?
CSQ is just a one-page document. No one can really tell how long it takes. It's better you look at the received date instead of AOR. Less confusing. At the moment, I think they are approving applications received in January. So might be a couple of months for you to get yours, depending on how fast they continue to work this summer and if there is another lockdown or not.
Is pre arrival the same as AIP? Which is the first document saying you meet the eligibility of PR?
The principal applicant needs to have the original paper not a scan or copy. So I would say via mail. I strongly suggest to make sure you get a tracking no as well and send it through express.
WoWW Congrats finally some good news you are the first person I have seen to get PPR after Covid good luck and I hope we are next my timeline is exactly one month after you I am waiting for PPR now.
