I would like to get your opinion regarding our situation. We are qualified now for applying the Provincial Nominee Program here in BC. However, the employer who hired us sell the restaurant recently to the new owner but retaining all the staff. We already talked to our new employer and said that they are willing to help us on our PNP application. Is it possible to pursue our PNP application using the documents from previous employer or we need to wait for our new LMO / Contract from the new employer?..
