I want to ask you that when I can submit my expression of interest (EOI) for "Québec - Regular Skilled Worker Program" ?
I don't have job offer. But my points are 63 in this program.
If they are just accepting EOI of candidates who have valid job offers, when they will accept the EOI who haven't job offers?
