I applied last yr. for CSQ in Quebec but my file was returned b'coz i made an error in my bankdraft..Now i am confused if I would still pass again my application b'coz they extend it until the cap reach or just submit a new application for nova scotia in their PNP w/c no employer is needed and it only takes 1-3mos. and they will issue you the Certificate of Acceptance and no payment is charge for this. You only pay to CIC when you apply for PR..Is it worth it to apply in N.Scotia against quebec?
