QSW application refused :(

my quebec application is refused de to lack of points, which according to me they have awarded incorrectly. what should i do furthermore the date on letter is 03.05.2010 and they said if i wish to submit extra documents, it should be sent within 60 days of this date, but i have received the letter today 18.08.2010. now whose fault is thhis ((( and when i sent them email 2 weeks back regarding status of my case, they said it is under processing why they didnt tell me that its refused and they have sent letter to me ((((((((

what should i do?? please helppppp

It is very sad but u try to contact immigration office to know about on wht basis ur application was refused and check ur points one more time.

pls could you forward me the forms on QSW, i intend to apply but i dont ve proficiency in the use of french language. do i stand a chance of been selected?

Could it because there was no proficiency in French Language and then they kind of added another reason for it to be legitimate to refuse the application?

Could maybe qorax advise?
