I'm not sure, but think that they'd surely like to see the originals. However, if u don't have it, u should be Ok showing the email/fax/xerox - with an explanation.

Well as my sign says, I've applied in the month of June 2010, appli received at CIC on 15th June, lucky I was that w.e.f. 27th June the NOC 4131 is not there in new list, counting my days now.. so far my DD has not got encashed, let's see what happens in future.. seems next week (CW 35) will gonna be a judgmental week.

QUESTIONS, PLEASE HAVE A LOOK :

..... Every time we get a letter/email from the CHC -it carries a 'time limit' to submit something, right? Say 45 days, 60 days or 90 days... the ending day of that time limit is our next BF'D. As an example, if the CHC sent you a medical request [alongwith the forms] on 02 Jan 2010; and it carries a 60 day's deadline -it means your file has been marked with the next BF'D of 01 Mar 2010.


I GOT 30 DAYS DEADLINE (deadline was 8 Aug ) TO FINISH MY WIFE'S AND MY MEDICAL ,WE DID IT IN 20 DAYS TIME.AND AT THAT TIME ( JULY 29 ) I SENT DOCS TO ADD MY NEWBORN SON WITH MY APPLICATION (previously not notified to CIC about the newborn ). MY SON'S MEDICAL ARRIVED ON AUGUST 11 AND GOT 60 DAYS TO FINISH HIS MEDICAL.


However, if your medical results are received before the BF'D [01 Mar 2010], say on 05 Feb 2010 -your file will be further processed on that day itself [05 Feb 2010]. If the med results didn't come by earlier, then it will be opened on 01 Mar 2010 -the BF'D day.

WE FINISHED MY SON'S MEDICAL IN 8 (eight) DAYS TIME (on August 19)


SO I HAVE FINISHED MY SON'S MEDICAL MUCH EARLIER (52 days left out of 60 days). NOW THE QUESTION IS ,AS MY SON'S BF'D IS ON 11 OCTOBER 2010, BUT I FINISHED IT EARLIER ,WILL MY CASE GET MOMENTUM BEFORE THAT BF'D ( 11 October) IF SO , WHEN ( approx) ?

i'm still waiting for Med / PPR request. i had received my second AOR on 27th april.
last month, i had sent my New passport details as old one was reaching expiry date. i still don't know if they have received that
will that speed up the procedure (BFD date) or will delay it further
based on ur experience n knowledge when do u think, i shuold be hearing from them?

The moment your son's meds reached the CHC they have started acting on it. They wouldn't wait till 10-10-2010 for further processing it.

Hi Ma'am,

Your case is going smooth. No, any doc updates sent in between doesn't delay anything much, unless it's related to something on Security. I guess it's time now, usually by 5-7 months of the 2nd AOR one should hear from them. Probably in another couple of months u'd receive your Meds.

nothing else, this delay is causing worries
even the ecas is showing RBVO for last 3-4 months.
no word from anywhere.
i thought, new passport might attract some movement.
Even my Dubai Agent (Sandhu parivar) are not in a position to comment. but i don't think it is right to blame them.
my hubby's passport is also expiring by june next year. if i'm not worng, passport should have 6 months vailidity for visa stamping. what would you adivce? when should i renew it and send to CHC London. Now? After receiving Med request? or some other stage

when i sent full documents to CHC i mentioned my old PP which was due to expire, after that I got new PP issued.

Shall I communicate this to CHC now or no need?
