Respected sir

I would like to inquire is that possible I can appeal in fedral court
Against CIC ,it's been 1year and 6 months I did my medical
Ever time they say waiting fingerprint results from RCMP which they send to them last year march2011
I dont think it gonna take so long to get the results ,

Last communication was on Jan 2012 when they told me they will send follow up with RCMP till now nothing even my bf date was Jan 28

I'm so much frustrated with all this

Being 'in Canada' u can off course easily approach the courts - but the question is, "r u upto the chalenge - time, efforts & costs"?
 
More frustrations may appear when you became PR and living there.

He's already here, working on TWP, since sometime.
 
Yes qorax knew my case well
I studied here worked here even then they r holding my app for no reason

I dont know what to do even though I have one of the best attorney dealing with my case

The moral is I am the one of unluckiest one

What's ur Agent doing? Saying?
 
They told me to wait because it's out of CIC control

Although they r pushing my Vo after 3 month intervals I can c it in my caips whenever they mailed my Vo I got the reply with in few hours even CIC send RCMP follow up regarding my fingerprint results three time but I don't know why rcmp they r holding me up if ther is anything wrong they should called me up till now
I passed every thing PSDec 1 interview waived medical extended for 1 year......
At last I know who I'm and I have done nothing wrong in my life

Has ur agent written to RCMP?
 
No they r avoiding direct contact with RCMP because cic and RCMP dealing this intrnally-----my opinion

the reason they inniciated my checks r because what i see in caips is when they iniciated my name check it returened with error 3 times
(error in family name,quiry incomplete)so my VO send the initial RCMP report to ottawa based on fingerprints

Ur agent could document ur 'actual/factual' surname & write to RCMP... they r supposed to do that.
 
dear qorax

today someone suggested me that i should againg go for live fingerprint scan and send the results againg to RCMP

1. do u think is right thing to do again..
2. as my crim is 1 but sec (blank) will they look into my fingerprints result to make changes in sec status or its something different
3.if u think its right to go for fingerprints again ,so what instructions should i give to RCMP ,should they send the result back to me or dircetly to my vo
4 or should i inquire RCMP first about my previous fingerprints results ,as u knw my vo didt asked me to provide new fingerprint results because i send it along with my application in the beginning and they already have it which they send to rcmp last year
5. or they r waiting some different results frm rcmp which we call backgroundchecks which include different agencies
