Qorax! A question 4 you regarding work experience

Dear Qorax,
When I applied in June 2007 my work experience was of 3 years and 2 months whereas when in July 2009 CIC asked me to submit my docs I had an experience of more than 5 years(completing the 21 points requirement of 4 years or more) .Kindly mention how many years of experience of mine will be considered by CIC .

Though I am not Qorax, but as per my information, I think you have applied under the old system and then 21 points for work exp will be awarded provided it meets the work exp criteria.
