Hope I can get some help here.
My mom submitted her supervisa + rehabilitation (due to previous criminal charges within 10 years) ; and the supervisa is approved but no updates on rehabilitation, does this mean we are ok to buy ticket to let her visit ?
We applied through agents, and IRCC has not yet replied any webform
