Background:
Hi I am new to the forum. I am working as a financial services manager for bmo in BC. I plan to apply for CEC in Sep. 2014 when my one year will finally be up. But after the recent "improvement" CIC made to CEC, I am worried as they decided to put a 200 cap on each skill B occupation which includes NOC 6235 Financial Sale representative. In my opinion, with over 8000 new account manager hired each year nationwide by all banks, this 200 cap might be reached within one month this year, not to mention many applicants will speed up their preparation process to squeeze into this 200 cap, which is totally understandable.

Questions:
My question is, according to past experience, can I apply for CEC with noc code 1114 as an Financial services manager where there is no annual cap or do I have to go with noc 6235.

Thanks you in advance for you in put.
happy long weekend!

read both job descriptions and make your decision. I do not think you need help.

Make sure you also compare expected salary for both jobs.

You sound like you know you should apply as type B, but because there is a cap you are looking for passing it over.

Thanks! Do you happen to know where I can find expected salary for each occupation?
