Purpose of travel while applying as a spouse of a student

These days my wife is applying for study permit.

me and my son are applying TRV to move as a family.

can any boday help to fill the following in the TRV document(5257e)

1. Purpose of visit (if select "other", what is the reason....)

4. Name and address or relationship of any person or institutes i will visit
4.1 - relationship to me
