While going through the PCC checklist, I found it is mentioned that "Purpose and Document for seeking PCC must be ascertained .official communication from the Concerned authorities" under the title "Valid Indian Passport".
Could anyone please tell me what exactly is required here? Do I need to write and attach some kind of application explaining that this PCC is for PR application?
Please share what did you guys do about this particular point.
