Me kasi Aug. 4 nagrepeat xray (stable) June 1 pa passport ko sa embassy so I think Ill be expecting na rin my passport back this month. Hopefully.. Thanks!

May 22 pa kasi ako nag-ppr kaya sinend namin agad. Yun pla medyo tagal rin ang balik. Hirap pag may mga tour na kelngan pntahan d ka makakaalis dahil nsa kanila passport e d naman pla agad mbabalik pa. Family sponsorship kami. Ganun ata pg family sponsorship kinukuha agad passport.

I have got COPR on 13th Sep,2016 and I have confusion as my my wife's COPR shows a condition of medical surveillance.

In conditions of COPR mentioned below comment:

32 MUST PROVIDE FOR MEDICAL EXAMINATION, SURVEILLANCE OR TREATMENT, AND AT SPECIFIED TIMES AND PLACES, PROVIDE PROOF OF COMPLIANCE.

Surveillance code: 2.02

Whether I need to do any medical or fillup any form before flying? I'm planning to fly on March,2016.

Please note, my wife had suffered from TB & her medication continues from Nov,2015 to May,2015.
We have to provide time to time required additional investigation test(like sputum test, X-ray etc). After full cure on June,2015 CIC requested for PPR on Jul,2015.Her TB was non-infectious.

Surveillance code: 2.02 i,too got visa copr ang along is a medical surveillance forms to fillup. I may have to ask my consultant how to fill it up. I think we will fill it up during the interview of the immigration officer at our point of entry but of course better to know how and what to fill up. Ill message u once my consultant already has intructions for me with regards to the form. I alo is under code 2.02 - mine was because of the mycobacteria other than tuberulosis found in my sputum culture. (Noninfectious)...

It's normal to put her on medical surveillance while in Canada even after treatment. It's for her to remain healthy and active without becoming dangerous to the health of the publics. You can land anytime you like as long as your visas do not get expired before you land. Congratulations on your success.

I think the form is "IMM 0535 form". Can you help me where can I get this::

Here I go again... need to undergo medical re-assessment after I passed the sputum test last Sept. 2014

Hope and pray that I am in the best of health this coming Friday and everything turns out fine.

did u not receive the 2 identical forms to fill up for the medical surveillance sir? I received my visa copr a letter that states im under med surveillance and two identical forms to be filledup before flying or at point of entry one copy for our keeping and the oter is gor the immigrant officer at poe.

Me I completed the furtherance (repeat xray-stable) last Aug 4 until now my ecas still says In Process. No DM yet. My passport is already with the embassy since June 1.

Same case with me Furtherance medical completed 13-Aug and all reports OK. Doc even mentioned no sign of active TB found. Hospital confirmed e-medical uploaded on 17-Aug. Still no updates in ECAS nor DM/PPR.. Wonder what's taking so long...

My husband undergone sputum culture and the result will come out by Oct. I am checking my ecas and still no update if medical results have been received. Will they update once the medical results of my husband are complete? By the way, I am the principal applicant.
