PT form - Spouse Education History Question

Hi,

While filling out PT nomination form of OINP, I have come across below section, but its related to CANADA education not Foreign Education... my spouse has Bachelors Degree in India.. I never seen anywhere in whole form they mentioned regarding spouse education in foreign country than Canada... Do they mean providing ECA for my spouse as well and fillout this section with India's Bachelors degree? OR its purely related to CANADA's education?? please clarify...

2. Education history obtained in CANADA by spouse or common-law partner
List all degrees, trade certificates and apprenticeships and attach supporting documentation (copies of degrees and/or diplomas, transcripts,
letters of reference, etc.). Use a separate sheet if necessary. Start with the most recent information

Yes, you are right China, You need to get ECA for your husband as well, in order to claim points.
