Are there any PSWs working in a long-term care facility in this forum who have applied for and obtained permanent residency? If so, what pathway did you use to achieve it, and is it still active? Any insight would be appreciated. Additionally, if anyone knows a good pathway or can suggest one for this occupation, please let me know.
