I contracted a representative to submit prtd for my daughter. The application was returned with wrong application as reason. The representative received no email explaining reasons. The view button was also greyed out. I am constantly in touch with the rep who has since raised a webform and then reached out to the embassy supposed to handle the application both woth no response yet.
I recently found out that there appears to be three different portals for online applications. One for persons directly applying (,https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login) one for licensed reps (https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/rep/login) and another for authorized paid representative (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...s/authorized-paid-representatives-portal.html).
Her application was submitted via the first portal, for direct application, with the legal representative form attached with a cover letter. I am now wondering if the silent and no reason provided rejection is due to the wrong portal use? Any advise is welcome as the kid has to be back in Canada for the fall session at uni.
