PRTD Service Fees at VFS

Hi there!
I received an email today regarding my PRTD and that I need to submit my passport which I will do so in person.
The fees seem to be a little bit confusing though. If the application was filled out online via the PRTD portalwhat do I need to pay when dropping off my passport?
I do not need to provide biometrics either.
It’s not clear whether I need to pay for processing or only for the courier service for them to mail my passport back to me once they put the PRTD in it.

Hello, I had question. When did you applied for PRTD? Did you applied from Inside Canada or outside? IN how many days you got passport request?
