I was canadian immigrant and have expired PR Card. I was got immigration in 2001 and landed in 2001 and stay there for 25 days and got pr card then in 2004 i was visited for 15 days and came back to pakistan in 2004. My PR card expired in 2007.

Now, I have submitted PRTD application in islamabad on 09/01/2017 on H&C ground.

I have mentioned that my children was in the age of schooling and my parents was ill and I was have limited funds. now I have sufficient funds and I will start my own business over there and Immediately sponsors my family members.

Sir, Is there any chance to get PRTD and how much time it will take.

Regards

Only CIC knows for sure what your answer will be.

In my opinion your reasons don't come close as a H&C reason to be outside Canada for 15 years. Lack of funds and your kids' ages are not H&C reasons. Parents being ill is sometimes considered, but usually would need doctors notes, hospital receipts, etc itemizing the entire time outside Canada and for 15 years is way too long. So unfortunately I would prepare for the most likely chance your PRTD will be denied and they will start process to formally revoke your PR status.
