PRTD from Holland IMM5524 & IMM5627 Questions

Hi, I'm looking for some help with my PRTD that I'll apply for from Europe next week.
My PR card just expired and I will start the PRTD process soon after my arrival in The Netherlands for a family visit.

PRTD application form IMM 5524

- Question #9 "The number on your PR card"
Is this the "ID No xxxx-xxxx" on the Front of the PR card....
or is it the "PAxxxxxxx" on the Back of the PR card ?

Hi there, I have the exact same question now that I am filling in a PRTD IMM5524 form, do you happen to know the answer now? Question #9 on the form now reads: 'The number on your Record of Landing, Confirmation of Permanent Residence or Permanent Resident Card'.
