Hi all,

My husband is applying his PRTD online as his PR card has expired and would like to join me in Canada. On the second page of his online application, filling out personal information, such as name, birthday, contact information, etc. after hitting the "Save and Continue" button, he always gets an error saying"Your changes cannot be saved. Please try again later." and can't continue. He tried deleting cache and browser data as recommended by the tech support, and I also tried editing his application online from my side, but we get the same error. He's been stuck here for a month and been contacting the tech support from the official website, but it didn't seem to work. Just wondering if anyone in this forum has experienced the same issue? How did you solve this problem?
