PRTD Application in india

Hello everyone,

Has anyone applied for PRTD in india and got response recently? I submitted passport on 12 june to vfs delhi on urgent basis but havent got response yet.

Could someone please share timeline if you got reply? How long its going to take? I need to travel back to canada ASAP

Less than two weeks is still very short. No-one can give you a specific estimate, particularly for/from India (very busy offices).

Now to clarify: did you get the passport request after applying for the PRTD and submit your passport already? Then it could be quite soon (2-4 weeks to return passport normal).

If you've only submitted for the PRTD: far too many variables to know. If you were out of compliance with the residency obligation or other non-standrd circumstances, could be quite long.
