Hi,
My husband had forwarded his PRTD application from VFS Mumbai on 14th Feb 2019 and we have not yet received any update.Is anyone faced the same issue or facing it currently.We have return flight on 11th April 2019 for which all the details have been sent to visa office.My husband has three years T4,his citizenship application is in process and have all the obligations met and still they are taking so long.....reallyy worried

Below is the timeline

15th Feb 2019(bangalore visa office)-PRTD application received at Bangalore Visa Office

27th Feb 2019-additional document request(all pages of expired passport)(which was already forwarded with original package)(send the scan copies same day)(emailed received notification received)

5th March 2019-requested to send the same document again as they were not able to open all the attached pdf file(send the scan copies same day)(email received notification received)

19th March 2019- requested Entry Exit form (which was already send in original application)(forwarded typed and signed entry exit form same day )(previous entry exit form was provided at VFS office and was hand written)

20th March 2019-Email received notification received

5th April 2019-Request Letter Submitted at VFS mumbai

8th April 2019-Urgent Request Letter Submitted at VFS mumbai

Please anyone can suggest anything or advice something on this.
