You're going to need to provide a little more information than that.
  • Are you currently legally in Canada or outside Canada?
  • Do you have a job offer from/are currently working for a Canadian employer?
  • What's your highest educational qualification?
  • Do you have a Canadian diploma or degree?
  • How many years of work experience inside and outside Canada do you have?

No, currently I am in India. Looking for Canada PR.
I do not have the job offer either.
As per wes I have two bachelor degree.
I do not have Canadian diploma or degree.
No work experience in Canada but have 13 years of work experience in India.

Your first step is to create an Express Entry profile through https://cic.gc.ca. You also need to create an account on jobbank.gc.ca and start applying to jobs in Canada. When you have a job offer, you can submit your express entry profile. The provinces will issue you an expression of their interest in nominating you through express entry.

Without PR how can an employer will give you the job offer

Most employers prefer in-country applicants, but not all. Use jobbank.gc.ca (the government job site) to browse and apply for work in your field. There are employers out there who are ready and willing to support a PR application if you are the best fit for their work.

No worries. So I am not an expert BUT here are some resources for you:

  1. Take a career quiz from the Ontario Ministry of Labour. It should provide you with up to ten job titles that will be a good fit for you. Also do your own research and figure out about three occupations you would like.
  2. Use the Ministry of Labour Outlook Report to check things like job outlook, total job openings in the field and the occupation growth rate.
Hope this helps!

Edit: You can also navigate to postings for those jobs on the Job Bank website directly from the links I've provided.
