Hello I been working here in Vancouver under Foriegn Worker Program and my Work Permit will expire on Aug 2010. My provincial nominee application is applied last july 15 2010, and BC Ministry advise that I will know the decision up 14 to 16 week which will be end on september. My employer applied for LMO to extend my work permit but unfortunately it was failed. I apply to canadian immigration a temporary resident visitor visa in order for me to stay while waiting for the provicial nominee application. My question right now is can I continue to work to my company after the positive decision will come out. How long the processing of permanent resident application If they approved provicial nominee application?
