I'm trying to find an answer to my question but CIC is completely silent on this.

If someone is eligible to apply to FSW, Provincial and the Canadian Experience Class, is it okay to apply for all or can you only apply to one?

I'm also in a common-law and we're considering sponsorship too.

Is there a limitation and/or rules around the number of streams you can apply through?

Officially, there is no limit to the streams you can use, but you'll have trouble paying all the fees and it doesn't look serious if you pick several ones.
Did you check out bit.ly/S9WbT2?

There are no rules stating you can not apply for many streams at the same time. However, some streams may contradict each other like say you apply for FSW and Quebec skilled worker, one saying you don't intend to settle in Quebec and the other that you do.

Even when that is not the case, some department of immigration will probably at some stage or another tell you that you must withdraw your other applications for the one they are working on to be continued.

Note that if your applications start processing, you will not get the processing fee back even if you try to withdraw some of them.

I read somewhere that you can apply through several streams, and that they will all be processed individually, but that in the end, you can only choose one of the streams to accept permanent residence. I can't seem to find that point anywhere on the website, but I did come across it once.

I realize that applying for any of the Quebec ones would contradict, but applying for FSW and Canadian Experience shouldn't be an issue, should it?

FSW and CEC together is not a problem.
