Provincial Nomination and Express Entry

Hi All,

I have been nominated by Ontario for permanent residency under a paper based stream. I have submitted my paper application last week.

I also want to submit an Express Entry profile, in case I get an ITA sooner, than the 19 month processing time for the PNP application.

When completing the Express Entry profile, there is a questions asking "Do you hold a valid certificate of nomination from a province?", what should I answer here?

My nomination is not valid for EE, so should I say "No"?
