Provincial Govt job as an international student

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows if an international student with a PGWP can take a Government of Alberta position (non-federal) ? They sent me a security consent form and looks like they only need the Level 1 security clearance and not the Enhanced Level 2.

I would ask their HR but they seem to want to run their checks before giving out an offer so don’t want to jump the gun. Thanks.

They know you're an international student and the job had no requirements for applicants to be PRs or citizens, right?

If so, I don't see any issues.
