Providing additional documents

Hi all,

In my application, I forgot to include a couple of documents which may have been necessary to provide proof I had a valid work permit at all times.

My application is still not in process and I haven't gotten any requests for medicals etc. Since it doesn't seem like my application has been looked at yet, I wanted to provide those documents now and hope for the best.

I'm about to e-mail my documents to CPP-Ottawa (OttPilot-Immigration@cic.gc.ca). I wanted to ask if you think it would be helpful to also send a letter with photocopies by mail to CPP-Ottawa. If so, does anyone have their mailing address? Do you think it's a bad idea to e-mail them and write them a letter mail at the same time - will they get confused? Should I wait a couple days to get a response back by e-mail?

Only PCC is required in original. Any other doc can be scanned and sent by email.

I'm wondering if anyone knows if they'll add the text of the e-mail I sent them (as this contains important explanations), or just the actual documents?
