I'm filling out forms for my brother's gf and this question worries me...

Her visit is really just for visiting because obviously if we say she plan to get married, her visitor visa will be rejected...

If I say that she is just visiting, how can she proove otherwise?

Will they ask her at the border (when entering Canada), if she is getting married?..

What should she say?

Thanks for the help...

Right now they don't have any status with him, not even common-law...

Vonster I think that you know the answer, as you have been here a while now.

At the border she will be asked the purpose of her visit, lying is never a good option.

Of course if she already has a visa there should be no issue.

BTW - When I came into Canada, I stated that I was coming to get married. I had no problem getting in (when arriving at Ottawa airport).
