today i got an email from the Embassy that says :
Dear Sir,
We note that you have submitted your original passport along with other requested documents however, you have not yet submitted:
(X) Proof of your sponsor's permanent relocation to Canada. Your sponsor must provide compelling evidence that she is/will permanently reside in Canada.We are prepared to provide you until January 3, 2011 to submit the above documentation.
If you need your passport to be returned to you before the due date, please, advise us by email and we will return it to you immediately at your expense since you did not include an airway bill along with your passport.
Please understand that your visa will not be ready. We will simply return your passport.
If we do not receive a response within 10 days we will assume that you do not wish to have your passport returned to you before the due date of January 3,
2011.
You must submit the above requested document(s) and/or information on or before January 3, 2011 otherwise it could result in the refusal of your application.
