Hi, I've just granted the status of a protected person in Canada, my only issue is that my seized passport is expired, what should I do exactly, in the imm0008 should I say that I don't have a valid passport, or say that I do but then I can't validate the file because my passport is expired

You explain that CBSA has your passport and that is was confiscated when you applied for asylum. Whatever you do don’t renew your home country passport. That can lead to PR loss due to reavailment along with travel using with your home country passport or traveling to your home country.
It depends on the member conducting the hearing. Some give the answer at the end of the hearing, some send the answer by mail soon after the hearing and some take many months to give the answer by mail. If you don’t get an answer at the end of the hearing it doesn’t mean that you will be refused.
Thank you for your kind Reply, My Hearing was very good my Lawyer said , the Judge said you get the results within 3 weeks. The hearing Time was 2:45 hours. I am waiting for my result. Thank you
Hard for me to comment but if your lawyer feels like it went well hopefully you will receive approval notice soon.
