prospects for foreign trained veterinarians who have acquired certificate of qualification

Hi,

I am in the process of acquiring my certificate of qualifications for intention to work as a veterinarian.
Currently my points in express entry is at 446.
maybe I will be able to get my certificate in end 2021 at the earliest.
I have taken a break from work to study for these exams.

I would like to know what are the chances of gaining a provincial nominee after getting my certificate of qualification.

Do Canadian employers readily employ foreign nationals

is there any one on this forum who has gone through a similar process ?
I would like to know your experience?
